Farmtek NPK Fertilizer 20-20-20 Commercial Grade 100% Water Soluble with Trace Elements

Commercial Grade NPK Fertilizer

Farmtek NPK fertilizer, short for nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and potassium (K), forms the cornerstone of plant nutrition. This essential blend provides plants with the primary macronutrients necessary for robust growth, strong root development, and bountiful yields. At our NPK fertilizer webpage, we offer a comprehensive selection of premium fertilizers formulated to meet the specific needs of different crops and soil types. Whether you're a home gardener, a commercial farmer, or a landscaping professional, our NPK fertilizers provide the essential nutrients your plants need to thrive. NPK fertilizers typically come in three forms: powdery, diluted liquid, and granular pellets. The powdery form of NPK has the highest concentration ratio, and broader application methods, and is the most economical form of fertilizer.

The Importance of NPK Fertilizer

Plants require a balanced diet of nutrients to reach their full potential, and NPK fertilizer delivers precisely that. Here's a closer look at the key roles each component plays in plant growth:
  • Nitrogen (N): Nitrogen is vital for promoting lush, green foliage and encouraging vigorous vegetative growth. It is a key component of chlorophyll, the pigment responsible for photosynthesis, making it essential for energy production within the plant.
  • Phosphorus (P): Phosphorus plays a crucial role in promoting strong root development, early plant establishment, and robust flowering and fruiting. It aids in the transfer of energy within the plant and supports processes such as cell division and DNA replication.
  • Potassium (K): Potassium contributes to overall plant health and resilience by regulating water uptake, improving drought tolerance, and enhancing disease resistance. It also plays a role in promoting fruit quality, increasing crop yields, and improving overall stress tolerance.

Product Properties

100% water soluble, suitable for drip irrigation, foliage spray, hydroponics solution, and liquid fertilizer. Nitrogen (N) 20 : Phosphorus (P) 20 : Potassium (K) 20 Trace Elements: Nitrate Nitrogen (≥6%), Fe (0.1%), Zinc (0.05%), Mn (0.05%), Mo (0.01%), B (0.05%), TE (0.25-1) Nitrogen (N) is important for producing chlorophyll, which allows plants to turn sunlight into food. It is the most important nutrient for plant growth. Without nitrogen, plants cannot make chlorophyll, the green pigment that makes photosynthesis possible. Chlorophyll enables plants to produce carbohydrates and proteins needed for plant growth. Phosphorus (P) encourages the growth and strength of stems, flowers, and roots. Phosphorus is critical to photosynthesis because it works with nitrogen to create proteins and enzymes that help the plant make energy from sunlight. The major function of phosphorus is to help a plant develop strong root systems and healthy leaves. Plants require more phosphorus than nitrogen or potassium because it is a structural component in plants. It also helps plants produce seeds and fruit while they are growing and maturing fruits, tubers and root crops. Potassium (K) is one of the three key nutrients that plants need to grow. It aids in supporting a plant’s metabolism by regulating the movement of water, nutrients and minerals throughout the plant tissue. Most foliage plants, including those in cacti and succulent collections, contain elevated potassium levels. In fact, all fertilizers should have this element included in some form. It helps to improve plant growth and boosts the rate of photosynthesis through its effect on chlorophyll production. This fertilizer contains 20-20-20 NPK as a three-part combination fertilizer with a balanced ratio of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium to promote healthy growth.
